Why do I coach?
I coach in order to experience the joy of helping others thrive.
Encouraging clients to expand their possibilities fulfills me, and I learn so much from every interaction I have, question I ask and suggestion I make. I take all of these learnings with me into coaching sessions, sharing this experience with those I coach.
I am a trained and qualified coach, with over 13 years as an administrative manager in the private medical sector. Over the course of my career I have supported many colleagues through their developing careers as well as many patients as they underwent difficult treatments and processes. I saw first hand the benefits of the coaching process; the confidence gained, mindset transformation and progress towards goals that individuals made. This led me to completing my coaching accreditation, I wanted to make sure I was adding as much value as possible during the coaching journey.
“I would like to thank Rebecca as I now feel more empowered to make decisions about my life and focus on the things that I can control. When life feels overwhelming or I am overthinking I have learned new strategies to remain calm, focussed and as positive as possible”
- Kelly, Head Teacher
My aim as a coach is to help clients achieve their best, in whatever form that may be. I believe that coaching is firstly giving someone space to think about what they would like to achieve, then helping them to work out how to achieve it.
I am here to create a safe, confidential and peaceful environment to listen, to facilitate reflection and help hold clients to account, moving them forwards towards their goals. I am nurturing and empathic, and I believe in positive affirmation, encouragement and building confidence, but also in honesty, integrity and challenging ideas. My clients have expressed that I have a calm and caring manner which puts them at ease, enabling them the freedom to speak openly about their issues, without judgment or pressure. I work closely with each client to craft a personalised coaching plan, to ensure that clear goals are understood by both myself and the client, that they are realistic, that marked progress can be made, and success can be felt.

- Rody, Entrepreneur
I have coached clients that are first time employees, career transitioning and business executives; all with differing needs and wants for their futures both at work and in their personal lives.
